There is nothing better than the Word, I
have tried much of what the world offers and have found nothing
that will satisfy the heart of man.
Psalms 12:6 The
words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a
furnace of earth, purified seven times.
We need to take time out everyday to keep
our perspective on who we are, where we are and what we are
doing with our lives. Just remember that when you come to
Christ, stop doing things your way and start doing it His way.
PSA 119:164 Seven times a
day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.
Here is one of the verse I love the most
and it keeps me going, people usually get caught up in the fall
and stay down, I have learned to focus on the rising up again.
We know that we will fall and everyone around you will remind
you. Do we know how to get up again? First and foremost is to
ask the Lord for forgiveness, next get some of these verses deep
into your heart because you will need them over and over.
PRO 24:16 For a just man falleth
seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked
shall fall into mischief.
The world's system will make sure that you
will be tested in your faith. some will feel the full heat of
the fiery blast of that furnace.
DAN 3:19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar
full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and
commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times
more than it was wont to be heated.
There is a day coming when all the testing
will end and we will reign with Christ a thousand years.
1KI 18:43 And said to his
servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and
looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again
seven times. 44
And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold,
there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand.
We shall have our day when we will be clean, even our
thoughts.
2KI 5:10 And Elisha sent a
messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times,
and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be
clean.
Revelation 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he
said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation,
and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of
the Lamb.
This is one of the most misspoken verse in
the New Testament, over the years I have heard it interpreted to
mean about everything. This is about the tribulation period and
how much He loves us and will watch over them who love Him.
MAT 18:21 Then came Peter to him,
and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I
forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I
say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until
seventy times seven. (7 * 360 = 2520) (70 * 7 = 2520) (2520
/ 2 = 1260)
I want to thank the Lord for this Word
because it tells me how much he really loves me. The key here is
to repent every time we do something stupid. There are some days
that I hope He forgives the eight time.
LUK 17:4 And if he trespass against thee
seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again
to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
