Born in Rankin, Michigan in October of 1941 and
raised up on a small farm. Joined the Air Force in 1960, schooled
in electronics and worked as an aircraft radio and radar tech.
Spent 3 years overseas in the Far East including a time in
Viet-Nam. Went back to Michigan and spent several years working as
an Electronics Tech. Met my wife Linda in 1974. Spent the
next part of my life as a Baptist missionary to Mexico and was
ordained into the Ministry in 1981. We moved to Crystal River,
Florida in 1987 and started a business,
Military Outlet, Inc. which my
wife and I are still operating. Elected to the Crystal River City
council in 2002 and served a four year term also served on political action
committees
including Heart of Florida, and the Suncoast League of Cities.

I
was born and raised near Flint Michigan, where I graduated from
Southwestern High School. I met my husband Roger and we have been
married 32 years, we had one daughter together, Rachel Anna. We
worked as missionaries in Mexico and South Texas, and moved to
Florida in 1984. In Tampa I worked as a licensed Insurance Agent
in our own Agency. In 1987 my husband and I moved to Crystal River
and opened our store,
Military
Outlet, Inc. I was Treasurer for Woman’s Aglow of from 1992 –
1995. For the next five years my husband and I was co-pastor of
Grace Community Church of Hernando. I am a Director/Stockholder of
Nature Coast Bank, joined Crystal River Rotary in December of
2003, and served as a Directors for 2yrs. At present, I am a Wife,
Business Woman, and Caregiver. |
